In an effort to help businesses recognize employees for their dedication during the pandemic, the City of Laguna Niguel and Laguna Niguel Chamber of Commerce launched the Back-To-Business Employee Bonus Program.

As part of the program, Laguna Niguel businesses can nominate a frontline employee(s) who made a commitment to remain working or to return to work between March 22, 2020 and July 30, 2021.

Nominated employees will then be entered into a weekly raffle to win gift cards from local businesses provided by the Chamber of Commerce. Raffles are drawn every Friday through the end of the month.
