Ocean County Library Prom Dress Giveaways:

Dazzling dresses and glittering gowns donated by generous Ocean County Library patrons and visitors are available for free for Ocean County teens, regardless of financial circumstances. OCL’s 16th Annual Prom Dress Giveaway will take place in March at the Library branches below.

NJ4S COMPASS:

COMPASS is a local program serving Ocean and Monmouth Counties under the umbrella of New Jersey Statewide Student Support Services (NJ4S). NJ4S is a new statewide initiative from the New Jersey Department of Children and Families (DCF), and was designed to enhance access for students to prevention and mental health screening services.

Visit our Programs page to view our full menu of services. All presentations can be provided in English or Spanish. Additionally, Tier 2 and 3 services can be provided using language translation software.
