Mandatory CE Classes Now Being Offered
NHMR is currently offering virtual classes to satisfy 2020-2022 Real Estate Education Requirements. The Mandatory courses for 2020-2022 are as follows:
· Connecticut Real Estate Law for Brokers and Salespersons
· Understanding and Preventing Racial Bias in Real Estate
Courses are held on the Zoom Meeting platform, a microphone and webcam/camera are required to participate, as the instructor must be able to see and hear the students - as well as interact.
Remember, Members who paid their Association dues by the 1/31/21 deadline earned a credit for a free CE class through NHMR in 2021.

Do You Need to Take Ethics Before 12/31/21?
The current cycle for NAR-mandated Code of Ethics training spans from 1/1/2019-12/31/2021. If you are unsure of if you have taken Ethics, or want to know if NHMR has your Ethics course on file, you can check your NHMR member portal account. If there is a "No" on the COE Complete line, you need to take Ethics by Dec. 31, 2021.
Members who took Ethics training at another school or Association other than NHMR must provide proof of completion to NHMR prior to December 31, 2021. Email your Certificate of Completion to [email protected]. Courses with "Ethics" in the title meet the criteria for Code of Ethics training.
