Evaluate cognitive concerns accurately and efficiently in the primary care setting.
Identify best practices in counseling patients about a new diagnosis of cognitive impairment, implementing actionable steps to maintain brain health, including discontinuing harmful medications.
Examine the benefits and limitations of newer diagnostic tests and pharmaceutical options for Alzheimer’s disease.
List ways to manage common issues that arise as dementia progresses, including treating behavioral disturbances with non-pharmacological approaches and exploring what matters most to patients and families when having advance care planning discussions.

Registration will remain open until shortly before the event begins. If registration has closed please contanct Michael Lamkin by text, 317-922-5558, and I will attempt to send you the zoom link. The Zoom registration should capture everyone's full name and email address so we can provide them with a certificate once we verify their information. Certificates will be sent out approximately 7 - 10 business days following the event.
Occasionally, people get confused when they log into Zoom for the event, and it asks them to register. Please note they registered for the event on our website, and Zoom will require them to register/log in with their full name and email address for the Zoom analysis to monitor their attendance.
At the close of the event, when the attendee exits using the LEAVE button, they will be redirected to the evaluation. If they leave the event by clicking the "X" the evaluation will NOT pop up. Knowing this happens, we send a backup email to each attendee with the evaluation link and a thank you for attending on behalf of CarePatrol and CEU Creations.
