Rev. Dr. Lovett H. Weems Jr. is distinguished professor of church leadership at Wesley Theological Seminary and senior consultant to Wesley’s Lewis Center for Church Leadership.  

Rev. Dr. Jessica L. Anschutz is assistant director of the Lewis Center for Church Leadership and co-editor of Leading Ideas. She teaches in the Doctor of Ministry program at Wesley Theological Seminary and is an elder in the New York Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church.
