Grief is the natural and normal reaction to loss and yet we live in a culture that does not fully understand how to help us with our pain. The loss could be from death, divorce, the loss of our health, a career or our finances. The passing of time does not always heal and some people feel they will never be free of the pain they feel.

Drawing on the principles of yoga and mindfulness, Life Coach and Grief Recovery Specialist Suzanne Accardo will guide you though a healing yoga practice while sharing ideas that move you toward acceptance, healing and becoming complete with your grief. No yoga experience is required.

Can't make the class? Sign up and you will receive a recording of the class.

Suzanne holds a master's degree in Education and is a certified Grief Recovery Specialist. She has been sharing the healing benefits of yoga for over 20 years. In 2015 her husband of 34 years passed away unexpectedly bringing her face to face with the pain of loss. She enjoys guiding others who feel lonely and misunderstood in their journey of grief.
