Hilary Sunderland - My Time
My yoga journey began less than a year ago, when a yoga studio opened up in walking distance of my apartment. From my first savasana I was hooked. I loved challenging myself and seeing the mental and physical changes in my body. I have gained so much strength, balance, and clarity from my daily practice and I can't wait to share all that yoga has given me with my future students. Hilary's teachers include: Annie Q, Kim Charbonneua, Joe Cavanagh and Holly Peronace-Zygiel.

Maria Squatrito - My Connection
Practicing yoga is new to me and I never realized how my life would change so quickly and how I would grow not only on my mat but off it. Through realizing the balance, peace, drive and love it has brought into my life, I feel more connected to everything in and around me. Every time I step on to my mat it is a different experience for my body and my mind; and generally speaks to whatever it needs. Everyone in this community allows for such a positive, whole and loving experience that connects us all which is why I believe that yoga truly is for everyone. Maria's
teachers include: Annie Q, Kim Charbonneau, Joe Cavanagh and Holly Peronace-Zygiel.
Saturday June 10, 1.30-2.30pm at The Yoga Shop of West Hartford.

Dana Perlmutter - My Balance
I love how yoga makes me feel. At first I was drawn to yoga because of the physical practice. It helped me stay in shape before, during, and after my two pregnancies. But more recently, I have come to appreciate what yoga does for my mind. Getting on my mat allows me to be free from all the noise in my life. It helps create more space for loving myself and those around me. Yoga has truly opened my heart and I am excited to keep growing and learning on this awesome journey. Dana's teachers include:
Annie Q and Kim Charbonneau.
Saturday June 10, 4.30-5.30pm, The Yoga Shop of West Hartford.

I want to share this place of peace with others. Barbara's teachers include: Annie Q, Kim Charbonneau, Joe Cavanagh and Holly Peronace-Zygiel.

Holly Pellegrino - My Peace
Growing up with no light to guide me, I was always looking for guidance. My love for horses, my marriage and kids filled me, but I needed more from myself. I succeed training clients for my in-home personal training business along with managing our family-owned restaurant, Carmines. I have been teaching Pilates and Silver Sneakers classes so it's clear I am an overachiever. However, I felt there was a spiritual side I needed to explore to truly grow. The Yoga Shop pulled me in with love and acceptance. I find The Yoga Shop LivFree classes inspiring, challenging and the shining light pulling me toward my inner strength and power. YTT laid the path like the yellow brick road and now I follow. Holly's teachers include: Carmine Pellegrino, Annie Q, Kim Charbonneau, Joe Cavanagh, Holly Peronace-Zygiel and Lauren Bent.
Sunday June 11, 1.30-2.30pm at The Yoga Shop of West Hartford.

Yoga empowers me to be the best person I can be. Mindy's teachers include

Cass Peacock - My Serenity
Through yoga I found my serenity in mind, body and community. Yoga has allowed me to fall in love with myself all over again and to let go of what doesn't serve me. I believe that yoga is a transformation of a mind body connection with love and kindness that can be shared with all on and off our mats. I practice yoga to open and allow myself to hold space for others so they may do the same. I believe in showing up in life, yoga allows me to do just that. Cass's teachers include: Annie Q, Kim Charbonneau, Carlene Benelli, Marisa Granger, Tracy Coviello, Allison Quinlan, Rebecca Lietz, Jean Donnelly, and Lauren Burkart.
Sunday June 11, 4.30-5.30pm at The Yoga Shop of West Hartford.
