NEW YORK PUBLIC LIBRARY START-UP COMPETITION

NYPL’s Thomas Yoseloff Business Center is hosting its 12th Annual New York StartUP.

Put your idea to the test and get a chance to gain valuable experience and skills and win up to $15,000! This is open to residents from the Bronx, Manhattan, and Staten Island.

To join, you are required to join one orientation. The first orientation is on October 23, Saturday, from 10:30AM to 12:30PM.

HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH ESSAY CONTEST

Take part in Optimum’s Hispanic Heritage Month essay contest. This is open to middle school and high school students who attend a school in the Optimum service footprint.
