Are you sometimes overwhelmed at the thought of what could happen? Do you lie awake wondering if you made the right choice? Our minds can play games that keep us in a perpetual state of tension as we catastrophise about possible outcomes. As Mark Twain famously said: 'I've been through some terrible things in my life, some of which actually happened'. Unfortunately our body can't distinguish between what's real and what's imagined so we suffer the physical, emotional and mental consequences whether they happen or not.

Mastering fear is essential, otherwise we get stuck in survival mode, a contracted, guarded energy which contains no possibilites for expansion and growth. We become the source of our own suffering, reliving painful experiences over and over again.
