Today in our Online School we will be working on Freestyle. In the beginner levels we call the arms Rainbows. We start with rollovers to take a breath and then progress to side breathing. The freestyle stroke is swum in a horizontal position with the body facing down. The body rolls from one side to the other, and the head remains face down, except when breathing. For the upper levels, you can use bands to strengthen your stroke and develop endurance at home.
