We are pleased to share that we have partnered with a new property management firm for the apartments owned by ONE|NB. Beginning June 1st, Peabody Properties Inc. will be the first point of contact for maintenance issues and any other needs our tenants have related to the 453 apartments ONE|NB owns and manages. We have great confidence that Peabody Properties Inc. has the leadership, resources, and maintenance staff necessary to ensure that our apartments are maintained to our high standards.

Beginning June 1, Peabody Properties' contact information is below:

Phone: (781) 794-1000

In-person: 66 Chaffee St., Providence, RI. [Mon-Fri, 8:30 am to 5 pm]

Resident Services Coordinator Wendy Sanchez remains our tenant contact here at ONE|NB:

Phone: (401) 524-2332

For our tenants: Your safety & wellness are top priority for us:

  •  We host free vaccination clinics frequently in Providence. Everyone 5 & older is advised to get COVID-19 vaccines and boosters. Call Wendy for clinic dates and locations.

  • If there is a disturbance around your property, you may make an anonymous call to the Providence Police: (401) 272-1111.

  • There is no application fee to apply for an apartment at ONE Neighborhood Builders. If you, or anyone you know, has been told that they can pay a fee in order to obtain an apartment more quickly, please report this immediately to Wendy Sanchez. Collecting a payment in exchange for offering an apartment is a bribe and is illegal under state law. In order to protect our community, ONE Neighborhood Builders will immediately share any reports it receives of this nature with the Rhode Island State Police. Please notify Wendy Sanchez or Executive Director Jennifer Hawkins (401-351-8719 x101) immediately if this type of illegal proposal has been made to you or anyone you know.
