I just love how things work out just the way they are supposed to. For instance, our Zen@Ten group called Random Arts their home for 7 or 8 years but after closing the studio, they found a new home at the Saluda Library and from what I hear... they love it. If anyone is interested in attending, it's free of charge and they meet the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of every month at 10am. I was able to attend and receive my very special gift that everyone participated in creating. (See the photo above)

From Zen to fashion forward apparel to renovation of the new rental, I keep changing gears as fast as I can to keep things interesting.
We found that there are lots of black & white fabrics that are making an appearance again but I suppose that is not a surprise to any of us. We always aim to work in solids or small prints when it comes to putting outfits together for you. Larger prints are more challenging and tend to be a "one time outfit" so by mixing solids, you always have multiple uses for your tops, pants, tunics, vests etc. For instance, take a basic black dress either short or long and add a brightly colored scarf or add a solid color topper or add colorful leggings under it. It works in so many ways, so if you are in a dilemma... think SIMPLE,think SOLIDS and think CREATIVELY. You can do it! Scroll down to see a montage of 3 different looks.
