Harvey Houck Jr.'s 100th birthday celebration

I was humbled and honored to help present a Delaware Senate tribute to an American hero this morning on his 100th birthday. Mr. Harvey Houck Jr. served our country in the United States Army during World War II and later went on to earn an engineering degree from Cornell University.



Happy birthday Mr. Houck and thank you for your service to our nation!
