Sussex Academy Youth in Government

On Tuesday, I visited Sussex Academy and met with students in the Youth in Government program. Thank you for having me and I greatly enjoyed our engaging conversations!

The Delaware Electric Mandate Upcoming Town Hall Meetings

There will be a statewide series of town hall events regarding the proposed electric vehicle mandate beginning this coming Tuesday, March 21st, at the Indian River Senior Center in Millsboro. Each of the five begin at 6:30 p.m. and will last approximately two hours.


Organizers encourage those who wish to attend to RSVP at www.noevmandate.com. Please note the system will not send a confirmation upon RSVPing.

 

- March 21st: Indian River Senior Center, Millsboro

- March 23rd: Brandywine Hundred Firehall, Bellefonte/North Wilmington

- March 28th: 160 Peoples Plaza, Newark/Glasgow

- March 29th: Camden-Wyoming Firehall, Kent County

- March 30th: Chambers Memorial Hall/Millcreek Firehall, Newark/South Wilmington

Road Closure of West Robbins between Redden Road and Maple Branch Road

Georgetown -- Road Closure of West Robbins Road between Redden Road and Maple Branch Road.


The Delaware Department of Transportation announces the closure of West Robbins Road between Redden Road and Maple Branch Road starting on Monday, March 20th through late May (weather permitting) for bridge improvements.


Detour: Motorists traveling southbound on West Robbins Road: Turn right onto Maple Branch Road, and then left onto Redden Road, back to West Robbins Road.


Motorists traveling northbound on West Robbins Road: Use Redden Road to Maple Branch Road, then use Maple Branch Road back to West Robbins Road.
