Senate Bill 120

It is vitally important that, especially in today's economic climate, affordable housing be available here in Delaware.

SB 120 is quite simple. It adds workforce and affordable housing programs to the list of eligible transfer tax expenditures for New Castle, Kent, and Sussex County.

I appreciate the bipartisan group of colleagues who have assisted with this legislation and I look forward presenting the legislation on the floor of the Senate in the coming weeks.
