Dear Seniors, Parents, and Guardians,
We would like to provide more information on the curbside pickup of senior materials on Friday, May 29. Seniors will receive caps and gowns, yearbooks, personal belongings from lockers, and senior gifts next Friday.
In order to receive these items, each senior must return their school-issued
Chromebook (including charger and case), textbooks, and athletic uniforms to Archbishop Carroll on May 29 during their assigned homeroom time slot. Textbooks that were left in student lockers when the seniors left in March have already been collected.
All tuition must be paid in full for seniors to receive their caps and gowns.
Student arrival times will be staggered from 1:00-5:30 pm, based on the senior homeroom list below. For example, students in homeroom 1A should arrive and be ready in the parking lot at 1:00.
1:00 - 1:30 PM - Homeroom 1A
1:45 - 2:15 PM - Homeroom 2A
2:30 - 3:00 PM - Homeroom 3A
3:15 - 3:45 PM - Homeroom 4A
4:00 - 4:30 PM - Homeroom 5A
4:45 - 5:15 PM - Homeroom 6A
5:30 - 6:00 PM - Homeroom 7A
Upon arrival at Carroll, you will be directed to park in specific spots by faculty and staff and instructed as to when to exit your vehicle.
Students will not be allowed out of their vehicles to return their belongings without a face mask and gloves. Please come prepared and observe social distancing guidelines.
There will be tables spaced along the outside of the West Gymnasium and West Lobby for you to return school-issued items and pick up your senior items as well.
Please make every effort to be present to pick up your attire on-time. Any unclaimed attire will be held until diploma pick up or until senior items are returned.
