Worship This Weekend
Our February sermon series continues this Sunday. The series, "First Followers," looks at the calling of Jesus' first disciples. We're exploring what these individuals did when they encountered Jesus, and what we can learn from them.
This week, Jesus invited his early followers to "come and see." Once they came and saw, they followed him. Jesus invites us to "come and see" what he has for us. The sermon title:
Come and See. The scripture:
John 1:35-42
Our wonderful Chancel Choir will once again present our gift of music at the 9:00 a.m. service. The amazing One and All band at the 10:15 a.m. progressive service, will be an important part of a well-rounded and unique worship service. Come and enjoy a light breakfast as you attend.
Can't attend this Sunday? Tune in at 9:00 a.m.on our
Facebook Page, or on our website (
www.blmfcc.com), to see a live stream of the traditional service! You can watch and worship along with folks at FCC. Be sure to tell your friends!
Gifts for Another Table:
Let's keep our momentum going as we collect items for the Home Sweet Home Mission. Needs at the mission include: rice and rice dinners, potato dinners, pasta of any kind, pasta sauce, Hamburger Helper, dinner meals, cereal, mashed/boxed potatoes, and canned fruits and vegetables.
