This Sunday we again have a single (10:00 a.m. combined) service.  Rev. Jim Warren will preach on Matthew 2:1-12 and "Dangerous Gift Giving" is the name of the his sermon.   
 
Come for this message focusing on the story of the Three Kings, and also for a gift of music ("We Three Kings" sung by Marty Sallee, Don Mahannah, and John Hensley).  Come for the seasonal hymns, as well.    
 
During the service we will dedicate Raelyn Iboke Bekofe, whose parents are Maximes & Euphrasie Bekofe.  
 
A message about Gifts for Another Table:
Let's finish STRONG!  This Sunday we will finalize our December collection to replenish the items that we distribute to those who are in need of a non-perishable single-serving item when they drop by the church office.  Needed are microwaveable meals and pull-top cans of soup.

You Are at Church

   
Pause in the Centrum to look at Christmas greetings from members of your church family.  Cards may be placed in the basket if you wish to add your greetings! 
      
Check In on Facebook while you are at church.  And at the One and All service feel free to use your device for social media, to share photos and thoughts about your worship experience as it happens.  

Make a new friend!  Greet a visitor.  Show folks around and help them with questions they might have.  Invite them to worship and/or to share fellowship over a cup of coffee or breakfast treat.  The bulletin is a great source of information for visitors, as is the Information Center.  Let's be a welcoming church!

There will be no more Children/Youth Sunday School or Youth Group meetings in 2017.

Regarding Youth Group:  Please note that there will only be a meal at Youth Group on the first Sunday of the month.

Disciples Women's Ministries Meeting January 4 at 1:00 p.m. in the conference room.  Beginning of the new study, "Rediscovering Our Spiritual Gifts."  See The Messenger for details.

Undecorating the Sanctuary January 8, beginning at 4:30 p.m.  Please come when you can to help take down our Christmas decorations and return our Sanctuary to its everyday beauty.
