Wrapping up our "Did You Hear the One About..." sermon series before next Sunday's Worship in the Park,
this Sunday Rev. Jim Warren will ask, "Did You Hear the One About... Finding Riches?"
In Matthew 13:44-46, two short parables illustrate the shedding
of all that is unnecessary in order to have what is truly necessary and valuable.
Come worship and learn, and also receive a gift of music, Jesus, Savior, Lord, I Adore You, sung by the Chancel Choir at the 9:00 a.m. traditional service. As always, you can count on toe-tapping music by our band at the 10:15 progressive One and All service in Fellowship Hall. Enjoy a light breakfast while you worship. Bring a friend!
Please check your bulletins or The Messenger for details about NEXT Sunday's10:15 Worship in the Park. Family and friends are welcome! A brief 9:00 service will be held at FCC for those who prefer.
Gifts for Another Table:
Non-perishable food items brought to church during September will be given to Center for Hope Food Pantry. Needed items include: rice & rice dinners, pasta of any kind, pasta sauce, Hamburger Helper, dinner meals, cereal, mashed/ boxed potatoes, and canned vegetables.
