Worship This Weekend
FCC Stained Glass

The "Did You Hear the One About..." sermon series continues t his S unday with Rev. Jim Warren asking, "Did You Hear the One About the Late Workers?"  Attend the 9:00 traditional or the 10:15 progressive One and All service and hear Jim teach us about this parable and its meaning.  In Matthew 20:1-16, the landowner hires workers throughout the day and pays them all the same. How fair is that?
We will once again have a special gift of music at the 9:00 a.m. service, this time a solo by Jeffrey Courtright.  Excellent music can also be heard at the 10:15 One and All service in Fellowship Hall, where our band leads uplifting praise music each week.  Come enjoy a light breakfast while you worship at this casual service.

Things to Do While
You Are at Church

Sign up for a Prayer Group!  Groups are meeting during a variety of times/days, so turn in your preferences so you can be part of a group starting very soon.  Deadline to sign up is this Sunday.  Forms are at the Information Center.  Learn more on the website at www.blmfcc.com

Pick up a Wednesday Supper Club schedule
at the Information Center.

Encourage a friend to write his or her email address on an attendance pad if he or she isn't currently getting emailed newsletters.  There is a new attractive and handy electronic version of The Messenger that your friends might like.

Check In on Facebook while you are at church.  And at the One and All service feel free to use your device for social media, to share photos and thoughts about your worship experience as it happens.  Our Check-Ins continue to increase.  Keep up the great work!

Make a new friend!  Greet a visitor. Greet someone another member has greeted!  Several contacts truly make a person feel welcome.  A great resource for helping a visitor is the bulletin, and you can also walk them to the Information Center for another warm greeting and more information.
