Worship This Weekend
FCC Stained Glass

Our "Did You Hear the One About..." sermon series continues this Sunday and Rev. Jim Warren will ask, "Did You Hear the One About the Sheep and the Goats?" Attend either the 9:00 traditional or the 10:15 progressive One and All service and learn more about this parable.  As relayed in Matthew 25:31-46, to treat people, especially the least of these, with compassion and mercy is to receive God's praise and be welcomed into the kingdom.  To ignore those same people is to be condemned.

Our gift of music at 9:00 a.m. will be a beautiful violin solo, and we are always blessed to hear the One and All Band at the 10:15 service in Fellowship Hall.  Invite a friend for great music, solid teaching, and an overall prayerful time of connecting with God in either service.  Remember that you can enjoy fellowship in the Centrum after the first service (around 10:00), complete with coffee and donuts.  For those who attend One and All, a light breakfast awaits your enjoyment.

This is the Sunday when we have Blessing of the Backpacks at the 9:00 service.  Children should bring their backpacks with them to church.  Also, we will learn more about the Prayer Groups this Sunday, so don't miss worship!
