Worship This Weekend
FCC Stained Glass

Come worship this Sunday and hear Rev. Jim Warren's sermon, "Getting Ready."  Jim will preach at both the 9:00 traditional service and the 10:15 One and All progressive service.  The season of Advent doesn't begin until week. On this Sunday between Thanksgiving and Advent, we can prepare our hearts and souls for a new thing that's about to happen. Hear the story of the angel announcing to Zechariah that he and his wife, Elizabeth, will have a son, who will be John.  John was sent to prepare the way for Jesus.  The scripture passage is Luke 1:8-17.

Come hear wonderful music!  At the 9:00 service, our Chancel Choir will be singing a beautiful, prayerful gift of music in the spirit of the Lord's Prayer, and at 10:15 the One and All band will not disappoint.  Soon we will be hearing and singing some seasonal tunes.  Coffee and a light breakfast will be waiting for you in Fellowship Hall.

Have you submitted your pledge for 2019?  To date, we have received 114 pledges totaling $409,000. That's approximately 86% of pledged dollars from 2018.  If you haven't yet, please bring your pledge Sunday and drop it in the offering basket.
