Worship This Weekend
FCC Stained Glass

Rev. Jim Warren's sermon this Sunday, entitled, "Sharing the Gift," is about the gospel story in Mark 5:18-20.  About it, Jim says, " Jesus has healed a man possessed by many demons. This man now wants to join Jesus, but Jesus tells him to stay home. He stays behind and tells everyone what Jesus did for him. Jesus had given him a great gift in healing him, and the man shares that gift with those around him. So are we to share generously God's gifts to us."  Jim will preach at both the 9:00 traditional service and the 10:15 One and All progressive service.

At the 9:00 service, not only will our Chancel Choir sing, but the Children and Youth Choir will present a very special gift of music.  At the One and All service, the band will play some of our favorites.    Haven't been to One and All in a while?  It's a great way to welcome someone to FCC, as it offers a very casual worship and fellowship atmosphere, as well as a complimentary light breakfast.

We collect the Thanksgiving Offering this Sunday.

Did you sign up for Celebration Sunday event and meal that begins at 11:30 this Sunday?  Please remember to come, but if know you can't, give the church office a call today to let us know.  Thank you!

"Sharing the Gift" - Thanksgiving Sunday
Jesus has healed a man possessed by many demons. This man now wants to join Jesus, but Jesus tells him to stay home. He stays behind and tells everyone what Jesus did for him. Jesus had given him a great gift in healing him, and the man shares that gift with those around him. So are we to share generously God's gifts to us.
