Worship This Weekend
FCC Stained Glass

This Sunday Rev. Jim Warren continues the Stories That Matter sermon series with the story of The One Whom God Chooses, in which God chose David to be the next king of Israel. He is just a boy and a shepherd, but God sees what David can become. God sees the potential in each one of us. The scripture passage is 1 Samuel 16:1-13. Jim will preach at both services.

Our gift of music at the 9:00 a.m. traditional service will be sung by the Chancel Choir, and we will enjoy some of our favorite One and All Band tunes at the 10:15 a.m. progressive service.  Come enjoy donuts and coffee around 10:00 in the Centrum, or grab a light breakfast to enjoy as you worship in Fellowship Hall at 10:15 a.m.

Next Sunday we will only have one service, and it will be a combination of our traditional and progressive services.  Gather in the sanctuary at 10:00 a.m. for worship and a celebration of Jim Warren and his 20th anniversary of serving FCC.  If you are planning to stay for the meal after that service, RSVP by 10:00 a.m. THIS Sunday at the Information Center.
