Key Leader Highlight: CEO Dr. Jeffrey Beavers

Dr. Jeffrey Beavers is the Executive Director and CEO of Crean Lutheran High School and one of the school’s founding staff members. This coming November will mark 20 years of his service and leadership at Crean Lutheran. Dr. Beavers was drawn to Crean Lutheran because of his own high school experience, which was shaped by exceptional coaches and a principal who became a personal mentor. Those formative relationships inspired his passion for education and leadership.

As a student, Dr. Beavers was very social and actively involved on campus. He played both football and baseball and understands firsthand the importance of engagement and community during the high school years. One of his favorite memories at Crean Lutheran is the moment the school transitioned from its temporary campus to the current campus. The experience was marked by prayer and unity, with the community holding hands as they officially moved together—an unforgettable milestone in the school’s history.

Dr. Beavers’ advice to high school students is simple yet meaningful: take advantage of every opportunity. There are no do-overs in high school, so be involved, engaged, and present during your time here. His favorite Bible verse is Ephesians 2:8–9, and the Crean Lutheran community is deeply grateful for Dr. Beavers’ faithful leadership and lasting impact.
