Saints Day - Friday, August 14

On Friday, August 14, we will host Saints Day (formerly known as Returning Saints Day) from 7:30 -11:30 a.m. on campus. We have designated times by grade level for each student to:

• Take their student ID photos and receive their ID
• Pick up Parking Permits (if applicable for Juniors/Seniors)
• View class schedules (printed copy per student)

Designated Grade Timeframes:

• 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. Seniors
• 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. Juniors
• 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. Sophomores
• 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. Freshmen

All Morning Q&A Station + Campus tours offered

Students, enter Building A from the back (near the chemistry lab) and make your way through the stations: 

• STATION 1 - A108 (Jostens - Letterman Jackets - bring a completed order form and payment if planning to place an order)
• STATION 2 - A109 (Parking Permit Pick-up = Seniors/Juniors)
• STATION 3 - Fireside Room (Schedule Pickup)
• STATION 4 - Courtyard (Photo ID Card Pickup)
• STATION 5 - Event Center (Yearbook & ID Photo)

You can skip any stations that don’t pertain to you. Students will finish in the Event Center after taking their ID photos. Parents do not need to attend this event. 

Important Details: 

• Students MUST wear a Crean Lutheran polo with non-uniform bottoms for their student ID/yearbook photo.
• Student Parking Permits will be assigned through a lottery system. If you are selected to receive a permit, you can pick it up on Saints Day.

Campus Safety Parking Updates

With the excitement of a new school year in full swing, we are deeply grateful for your partnership as our Saints community continues to grow. To help our campus run smoothly and maintain strong relationships with our neighboring communities, we want to share key details about off-site student parking, recent changes to neighborhood access, and next steps. Construction Update

As noted in Dr. Moyer’s welcome letter, portions of Crean Lutheran’s summer construction will continue into the fall as we complete foundational work to support the new learning space planned for fall 2027. We prayerfully anticipate completing this phase early in the semester. We are working closely with our construction partners and internal teams to maintain safe student routes, coordinate construction traffic, and minimize disruption to campus life. Campus Supervision Update

As Crean Lutheran begins its 20th year of ministry, we are strengthening our campus safety efforts by adding two uniformed, armed security professionals who will work alongside our Campus Supervision team when students are present. This added support is intended to enhance visibility, prevention, situational awareness, and coordinated response while maintaining the safe, orderly, and welcoming campus environment our families expect. Test Prep Classes at Crean Lutheran: Registration Extended to August 21! 

Get a start on preparing for the PSAT and SAT exams being offered at Crean Lutheran on October 21. Exam prep classes will be offered by tutors from The College Blueprint at Crean Lutheran on Saturday mornings beginning 08/29.

25-26 Yearbook Pick Up

Blessings Families! If your student did not pick up their '25-'26 yearbook from last year, please have them pick up their book at the front office by August 28. 20th Anniversary Yearbooks! 

As a reminder, Yearbooks are part of your tuition fee. Everyone receives a book at the end of the year during distribution in May. We are so excited to celebrate 20 years of Crean Lutheran and to show God's faithfulness throughout this beautiful book!
