Spirit Events Next Week
Thursday, August 22 is first pep rally of the year with a theme dress day. Students can wear jeans (non-ripped) or uniform bottoms with a shirt in the class colors below. There will be a normal bell schedule.

Freshmen - neon orange
Sophomore - highlighter bright yellow
Juniors - neon pink
Seniors- white

Friday, August 23 is the first home football game at Portola High School Stadium at 7:00 p.m. The blue zone (saints student section) should wear neon colors to the game.

Saturday, August 24 is the first casual school dance called the "GLOW Dance" from 7:00-10:00 p.m. in the Event Center. Tickets will be sold during lunch next week for $15 with spirit pack, $20 without spirit pack, or $30 at the door.
Homecoming Football Game & Festivities - September 20
Save the Date: Friday, September 20!

The Homecoming Football game will take place at Portola High School Stadium at 7:00 p.m.

Free admission for alumni and future saints families. Festivities will begin by 6:30 p.m. More information to come!
Boys Water Polo Interest Meeting - August 20
Are you looking to get involved in a fall sport? There will be a Boys Water Polo interest meeting on Tuesday, August 20 during lunch in room 207A. Free pizza lunch will be served. All skill levels are welcome to join the team.

Season preview articles are now available for girls volleyball, football, and girls tennis. Additional articles for fall sports will be released in the coming weeks.



Parking Lot Drop-Off Reminders
  • Please arrive early for drop-off to minimize time spent waiting in the drop-off line. Students may be dropped off as early as 7:30 a.m.
  • Please only drop-off and pick-up in front of the Event Center and not in parking stalls.
  • When dropping off in front of the Event Center, please follow the parking attendants directions and alternate cars to create two lanes for drop-off. Please pull forward, before dropping off.
  • Please be aware that students are exiting cars in both drop-off lanes, so please wait until all cars in the drop-off area are clear before creating a zipper to exit.
  • Please observe the posted speed limit and the arrows indicating where the drop-off and pass-through lanes begin and end.
  • Please do not drop-off or pick-up your students in the Stonegate East community.

Seniors Mandy Brenner and Anthony Fitzgerald swam at the Junior National meet at Stanford University on July 28.

Mandy qualified for the 2020 USA Olympic Trials which will take place in Omaha, Nebraska. Mandy finished at 56.11 in the 100 meter freestyle.

Anthony swam best times in the 100 meter breast stroke, 200 meter breast stroke, and 200 meter individual medley.
