Yesterday we hosted our annual Placer Valley event at the Roebbelen Center and it was an amazing day of connection, community, and insight! We heard from business leaders across healthcare, energy spaces, cybersecurity, AI, and local developments.

Special thanks to those who moderated and participated in our Healthcare Leaders Panel and the City & Town Managers Panel. We are so grateful to have you share your perspectives with us on the Mainstage.

Over 60 vendor booths showcased their organizations and networked with our regional communities, building collaborations and ideas. Thank you once again to our amazing sponsors; especially, our Presenting Sponsor, County of Placer, and our Host Sponsor, @the Grounds!

Photos captured at the event can be accessed in this folder. Thank you again to all who attended, engaged, and contributed to this exciting event!

The California State Legislature's House of Origin deadline for any proposed bills to be passed is today. All proposed bills must pass through their corresponding chamber, either Assembly or Senate. With over 560 bills under consideration — more than 400 measures in the Assembly and approximately 130 measures in the Senate — lawmakers are working through a busy final stretch before legislation advances to the opposite chamber for further review and debate. The coming weeks will determine which proposals continue moving forward this legislative session and which measures stall before reaching the Governor’s desk.
