A full day of FUN for the entire family AND friends! Adventures are better with friends; what better way to invite a friend to join Scouting and to discover all of the fun and exciting adventures that Cub Scouting has to offer!

The camp address is 965 Scout Road, Four Oaks, NC 27524. This is a great way to enjoy quality family
time together outdoors and make lifetime memories to share.

Fees: The cost for each Cub Scout to attend is just $10.00

The cost for adult(s), siblings, and buddies is $7.00 each

Deadline to register is September 18, 2020 by close of business. A $5.00 late fee per registrant will apply that time and we regret that we are unable to accept registrations after September 25, 2020.

We will be serving hot dogs for lunch. If you or your family have any allergies, please fill in all allergen information in the appropriate sections during online registration.

2020 Fall Cub Weekends

Weekend #1: Oct. 16 - 18

Weekend #2: Oct. 23 - 25

There are two weekends for Packs to choose from. Sign-ups will be first come, first-serve for Packs.

There will be a participant limit for both weekends. Once a session is full, registration will automatically close online for that weekend and additional reservations will not be allowed.

This camping event is open to BSA registered Cub Scouts and their families. Due to participant numbers there is no guarantee that your Pack will get the campsite they request, but we will do our best to facilitate all needs to the best of our ability.
Event Fees:         

  • $15.00 per Cub Scout
  • $8.00 per adult *(a parent or guardian must attend with each Cub Scout)
  • $8.00 per sibling

Pre-ordered t-shirts will be available for an additional fee ($12.00-$14.00 each) and must be paid in full by the deadline for shirt orders to be processed. (We regret that any shirt orders with an outstanding balance will not be placed with our vendor and no late shirt orders will be accepted.)

Register By:

  • Deadline to register is October 2, 2020 by close of business. (For both weekends)
  • A late fee of $10 per person will be enforced after this date (no guarantee of patches or program materials for late registrations. We regret that no registrations can be accepted after October 9, 2020 due to limited amount of program supplies and staffing arrangements.

All T-shirt pre-orders must be placed online and paid in full by October 2, 2020 by close of business. (For both weekends)
Activities: Fishing, Bikes, BB shooting, Archery, Skateboarding, Slingshots , and rank-specific adventures.

To Register:

Packs may register for their choice of weekend AND campsite. Please note however that these are available on a first-come, first-served basis and weekends do fill up. (Once a weekend is full then registration automatically closes for that session.)

Must register as a Pack. However, if your Pack is not attending and your family would like to attend, we would love to have you join us and will find a provisional Pack for you to camp with for the event. For provisional registrations, please contact our Program Director, Sarah Fernandez directly.

What is a Gold Card?
It is a one-time, all-inclusive registration and dues package. This package includes your 2021 membership
renewal fee (Lodge dues), Lodge Flap, and discounted registration prices for the following standard 2021
Lodge events: Winter Banquet, Winter Fellowship, Spring Fellowship, and Fall Fellowship. 2021 is going to
be full of awesome events! (Price does not include any events not listed above or add-on Lodge events.)
To attend any Lodge events, you must have a current membership in the OA. Please consider purchasing
a Gold Card. The Gold Card does NOT cover the cost of the SR-7B Conclave. (Conclave is a section event, not a Lodge event.) Purchasing a Gold Card saves you the time of paying for each event individually (However, you MUST RSVP via online registration for each event you will be attending using your unique Gold Card event coupon prior to the published registration deadline) and saves money too!
Why should I pay right now?
If you total up all the events covered, you are getting a discount for paying in advance, and you avoid costly late fees (unless you forget to register for events).

When you total all events, annual dues and the price of a flap the total comes to $115.00:
* Winter Banquet: $15.00 (separate event from Fellowship)
* Winter Fellowship: $25.00
* Spring Fellowship: $25.00
* Fall Fellowship: $25.00
* Annual Dues: $20.00
* Lodge Flap $5.00
The cost of the Gold Card is just $100.00, a $15.00 discount!

This covers the individual’s fees for all four standard 2021 Lodge Events (registration for events is still required, the fee is covered through a gold card coupon code), covers their 2021 dues, and an annual gold-bordered Nayawin RāR Lodge flap.
2021 Nayawin RāR Gold Card Membership Registration is available online only. We regret that we are unable to accept any other forms of registration, including mailed, phoned, or “paper” registrations.

Virtual Merit Badge College | September 26

Calling All Scouts!

If you plan to attend the Virtual Merit Badge College scheduled for September 26th we need you to REGISTER NOW at the following link:

Registration is all by individual not Troop, meaning parents can register their Scout for any and all sessions that are convenient to your family's schedule. 

Merit badge class sizes will have caps and registrations are first come first serve. Virtual Merit Badge College will offer a morning session and an afternoon session, each session will be $20. We will be using a Zoom platform to conduct our virtual merit badge sessions. Classes will have attendee limits based on the content taught. There may be requirements that we cannot complete virtually and could be assigned outside of the classroom.

NOTE: You have only one login choice, BSA credentials, Google or Apple. For example, when you setup login with Apple ID, your BSA credentials no longer work but your Apple ID will. And, yes, you can switch back to the BSA Single Sign on if you wish using the same tool described below.

You Setup your ability to use your Google or Apple ID at http://my.scouting.org

Here is how you set it up:

If you already have a my.Scouting.org Account:
  • Login to http://my.scouting.org (using your my.Scouting.org account)
  • Click on the Menu on the upper left, then click on My Account
  • At the account section, click Other Sign In Options
  • Select Sign In with Apple or Google, follow Apple or Google sign-in steps
  • Once Apple or Google account is signed-in then click SAVE

Then you’re good to use the Sign in with Apple or Google during subsequent logins.

If you do not have a my.scouting.org account yet,
  1. Go to http://my.scouting.org
  2. During create account process, click Other Sign In Options
  3. Select Sign In with Apple or Google, follow apple sign-in steps
  4. Once Apple or Google account is signed-in then click CREATE ACCOUNT
