Congratulations to 1A and 5B for so far earning a PAJAMA & POPCORN experience on 5/23/23! Three classrooms need only three more each, and an additional 3 classrooms are 50% to the classroom goal! This can be done!!
|
-
Submit Tax Credits HERE. The Tax Credit can come from your own family, or it can be a Tax Credit from anyone that lists your family/children’s name(s) in the Student Referral so we can credit your child’s classroom. If you have multiple children, each of their classes will get credit!
-
Check the real-time Classroom Counts towards the Pajama and Popcorn experience HERE or by scanning the QR code below. This chart will get updated as often as we get in new Tax Credits.
Let’s reach that GOAL together. Go Squires!

State Testing Dates (3rd-5th Grade Students Only)
Please mark your calendars for the following state-testing dates. In order to best prepare for the exams, we ask that you take note of the dates below and plan ahead. If a student leaves the testing environment, s/he cannot continue their exam and it will be submitted as-is. Please do not schedule appointments for these dates or pull your children out early.
We recommend that your scholars get a good night's sleep the day before and a nutritious breakfast in the morning. Please have students bring the following: a healthy snack and water bottle for the break during testing.
Additionally, all students should bring a set of headphones, as certain parts of the test require audio. These must not be Bluetooth headphones, but be able to connect via an auxiliary cord.

Driveline Pick-up Cards
We appreciate the scholars and parents who have used the Driveline successfully. As we enter the 4th quarter, some families have used all the 3 temporary Driveline passes allotted. Please follow this link to order more cards (2 cards = $1.00). We appreciate your cooperation.
Reminder: No Student Drop-off/Pick-up from Neighboring Businesses
Parents - You may not use the parking lots of neighboring businesses for student drop-off/pick-up. We have received multiple complaints from the Southwest Kidney Institute. Per the City of Goodyear police, this is considered trespassing and citations may be issued.
School Office Hours
As a reminder, the Front Office open at 7:30 AM each morning and closes at 3:30 PM on regular school days and at 1:50 PM on Wednesdays. If you need to stop by the office, please plan to do so during Office Hours. Thank you!

Traffic Flow for Student Drop-off/Pick-up
With the expansion of Archway and addition of the new building, there are significant changes to the traffic flow for the upcoming school year. Please carefully review the new Archway Traffic Flow for Student Drop-off and Pick-up and reach out with any questions. Taking the time to understand these procedures will help to ensure the safety of our students/staff and a smooth traffic flow.
Carpooling Update: Our east side pick-up lane has had a faster track and will now be our designated carpool lane.
If you have 2 or more Archway ONLY pick-up cards, you will be guided into this fast-track lane for a faster pick-up. Please be sure to have your pick-up cards ready to show our traffic controllers that you are carpooling so they can guide you to the appropriate lane. To maintain the flow of pick-up, others may be directed to the fast-track lane, but carpools will be given priority. Please do not enter the carpool lanes until you are directed to do so.
As a reminder, if you are picking up Middle School students DO NOT ARRIVE to campus before 3:15 PM. This creates significant delays. If you arrive before 3:15, we will ask you to go back into our pick-up lanes and try again.
Please follow the link below to review the DETAILED Archway Traffic Flow Plan and be sure to share this link with anyone authorized to drop-off/pick-up your children.
