Community Investment - Matching Opportunity
Trivium Families--we need everyone to support Community Investment. Community Investment supports our core education of Music, Language, and Art programs and these programs would not be possible without our community investing in them.
Today, we invite you to join us in strengthening the Great Hearts mission through an extraordinary gift-matching opportunity. A generous Trivium family, who wishes to remain anonymous, has pledged to match every new recurring Community Investment gift, dollar for dollar, up to $50,000, now through June 30, 2025. This means your support will have twice the impact for our scholars and academy.
We urge you to consider participating by visiting the link below, where your generosity will be amplified, creating a lasting legacy for our scholars. And as an exciting incentive, if we increase our recurring gift participation by 10% our scholars will receive a free-dress day—and both Headmasters will be slimed by our scholars during a special assembly!

Volunteer for Trivium Serves Day - Monday, April 28
There is no school on Monday, April 28, and it's an R&R weekend which means we have an opportunity to share our hearts with others near and far! Trivium Serves is comprised of three opportunities to serve:
1) Feed My Starving Children is a family favorite trip! This nonprofit is located in Tempe and gives volunteers a chance to turn hunger into hope with their two hands. We will work together to assemble life-saving bags of Mannapack Rice. children ages 5 and up (Prep students, too!) are welcome to attend with their families. Spots are limited, so be sure to sign up here!
2) Harvest Compassion Center (HCC) is a local organization that provides food and clothing in a hope-filled environment. They have invited us to serve during their Power Hour at their Maryvale location. Volunteers will help sort donations and work on projects at the Center. HCC has asked that we collect granola bars as part of this trip, so we'll have a collection box in the Main Office beginning Monday, 3/24. Let's fill that box! This trip is limited to 10-25 people total (ages 5 and up). Sign up here!
3) Writing letters to seniors with Love for our Elders is a great way to exercise our citizenship muscles! It can be done anytime and anywhere with just a few supplies. Simply select a senior after reading their bio on Love For Our Elders' website and send it off by the end of the month! Sign up here for additional details and to let us know you're participating!

| | Young Hearts Preschool - Enroll Now! | Young Hearts Preschool is a nurturing and enriching educational environment for preschool and pre-kindergarten children, located on the Great Hearts Roosevelt campus in Buckeye. They are enrolling now for both summer and school-year programs! Visit their website to learn more: https://younghearts.greatheartsamerica.org/. | | Configio/Parent Payment Portal Refunds for Charges made prior to Nov 1 | Please be aware that some refunds for purchases made in the Configio/Parent Payment Portal prior to November 1 may not be processed back to the original credit card used. In these instances, you will receive an email with a secure link from Kleercard, prompting you to enter your ACH information for the refund. This is a legitimate process and not a phishing attempt. The link from Kleercard is safe and does not provide anyone at Great Hearts access to your account information. Using Kleercard allows for a quicker and more secure refund process than mailing a paper check through the United States Postal Service. School Messenger Communication
Great Hearts and Archway Trivium continue to utilize the system School Messenger for emails, robo-calls, and text messaging to inform families of campus related academy emergencies and other communications. SchoolMessenger has a new automatic opt-in for text feature. During the registration/re-enrollment process families confirmed their wish to participate in text communications. Great Hearts will now automatically opt in contact information given during the registration/re-enrollment process with the options you selected. You will notice at the beginning of July you will be opted in for text messaging. If you would like to opt out of text messages simply reply STOP to the text from 67585. You can also enter the code 67585 with the message STOP to block any text messaging. Please note, if opting out, you will not receive texts regarding emergencies on campus.
Email Communications
If you know of parents who are not receiving these communications, please ask them to check their junk/promotions email folders, and then email bmcdonald@archwaytrivium.org for assistance.
You can also find ALL school-wide communications on our website on the Latest News page.
