Take the Great Hearts Family Survey by February 24!
Each year we ask parents for feedback on their academy and Great Hearts as a whole. We hope you will take the time to fill out this year’s survey. It should only take a few minutes, and we very much want to hear your perspective.
Take the Great Hearts Family Survey
The survey will remain open through February 24. Our goal is to hear from as many families as possible to help us best understand what is going well and how we can improve. To that end, if we increase our participation percentage from last year, students will be rewarded with a "Jeans and Crazy Sock Day!"
Thank you in advance for taking the time to provide your feedback through the Family Survey.

Field day is almost here! Use the links below to volunteer/donate items.
Field Day - Thursday, March 5
K-1st Grade Field Day , 8:10am-10 AM
2nd-3rd Grade Field Day, 10:30-12:20 PM
4th-5th Grade Field Day, 12:50-2:30 PM
As a reminder, no spectators are allowed on campus unless you are a volunteer who has been Raptor cleared. You must sign up through the school sign-ups to volunteer:
Students may dress according to the dress code below (or wear Spirit Wear/regular uniform) on Field Day:
Athletic Practice and Outdoor Field Day Dress Code
Just as ACA provides guidelines for dress code in the classroom, it is important to project the image of professionalism in our athletic attire as well. All shirts worn for athletic practices and field day should be modest, loose fitting, in good repair (no holes, torn sleeves, etc.), should be worn either tucked in or well over the waist of the pants/shorts if not tucked in. No midriffs may be shown. T-shirts are preferred—no tank tops, camisoles, or sports bras may be worn as outer-garments. Sleeveless shirts may be worn if modest. Pants/shorts should be modest and in good repair (no holes, torn sleeves, etc.) No short-shorts or long baggy shorts may be worn. No boxers or undergarments may be visible. Attire should be free of inappropriate messages. Sports team logos (e.g., Diamondbacks, Notre Dame), and apparel brand names (e.g., Adidas, Nike) are acceptable, provided they do not make inappropriate allusions. These guidelines also apply to sweatshirts and jackets that students may wear. Footwear should be athletic in nature: no sandals, open-toed, or platform shoes. Hats and sunscreen may be appropriate if the students will be in the sun. Hat styles should follow the same guidelines as above.

A Note from the Health Office
Immediate Attention Needed: Emergent Asthma Care
Archway Families,
Our campus maintains a supply of emergency-use albuterol for student health needs. Please note that our current stock is set to expire on February 28, 2026, and the replacement supply is currently on back order. If your child has a known diagnosis of asthma and you have not yet provided the school with a current Asthma Action Plan and a prescribed albuterol inhaler, we kindly ask that you contact the health office as soon as possible. We can provide you with the most up-to-date Asthma Action Plan form to share with your child’s healthcare provider. Having an updated action plan and necessary medication on campus helps ensure your child’s asthma can be managed safely and effectively during the school day.

School Messenger Communication
Great Hearts and Archway Trivium continue to utilize the system School Messenger for emails, robo-calls, and text messaging to inform families of campus related academy emergencies and other communications. SchoolMessenger has a new automatic opt-in for text feature. During the registration/re-enrollment process families confirmed their wish to participate in text communications. Great Hearts will now automatically opt in contact information given during the registration/re-enrollment process with the options you selected. You will notice at the beginning of July you will be opted in for text messaging. If you would like to opt out of text messages simply reply STOP to the text from 67585. You can also enter the code 67585 with the message STOP to block any text messaging. Please note, if opting out, you will not receive texts regarding emergencies on campus.
Email Communications
If you know of parents who are not receiving these communications, please ask them to check their junk/promotions email folders, and then email bmcdonald@archwaytrivium.org for assistance.
You can also find ALL school-wide communications on our website on the Latest News page.
