A Message from Headmaster Scott
Dear Archway Trivium West Families,
A carter was driving a wagon along a country lane, when the wheels sank down deep into a rut. The rustic driver, stupefied and aghast, stood looking at the wagon, and did nothing but utter loud cries to Hercules to come and help him. Hercules, it is said, appeared and thus addressed him: “Put your shoulders to the wheels, my man. Goad on your bullocks, and never more pray to me for help, until you have done your best to help yourself, or depend upon it you will henceforth pray in vain.”
-Aesop
Heartily Devoted,
Dr. Clay Scott

Are you doing your taxes this weekend? If so, don’t forget to first make sure you have done your 2021 Arizona Public School Tax Credit to benefit Archway Trivium West!! Remember, this is a re-direction of tax dollars that would otherwise go to the state of Arizona. This does not cost you as a taxpayer anything out-of-pocket once you file your tax return; the Credit is refunded (or used dollar-for-dollar to reduce anything owed to the state). You claim the credit using Form 322. Tax Credits are what make low-cost field trips possible for our students.
If you have any questions, please contact Annann Hong, our Academy Giving Manager at ahong@archwaytrivium.org. Use this link to set a Tax Credit up to $200 (single filers)/$400 (married filers) to run any day between now and 4/15/2022.
For additional assistance, please contact Annann Hong, our Academy Giving Manager, at ahong@archwaytrivium.org.

- Stay home when you are sick.
Additional reminders, if your child is sick with fever over 100 degrees and/or vomiting please keep them home an extra 24 hours after fever and vomiting resolved.

Thank you for your patience and caution during student drop-off and pick-up. The safety of our students and staff is of the utmost importance.
As a reminder, to minimize the backup of traffic on Encanto/Bullard before the end of the school day, we are closing the Encanto entrance to our school parking lot from 2:35-3:00pm. Goodyear Police will be monitoring traffic on Encanto and Bullard during this time, and if you are stopped on one of these roads waiting to enter campus, you may be ticketed.
On Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday, families who are picking up Archway-only students should arrive to campus AFTER 3:10 PM. Families picking up both Archway and Prep students, please remind your Prep students to arrive to the pick-up zone promptly.
On Wednesdays, families picking up BOTH Archway and Prep students are asked to arrive AFTER 1:40 PM. On Wednesdays, families picking up Archway-only should arrive at 1:25PM.
Parents picking up Archway students from school MUST use the Archway pickup line. Prep students picking up Archway students to meet a parent driver may NOT load into a car in the Prep pick-up line or on Palm Lane. The entrance/exit to our parking lot from Encanto Blvd is right turn only.
Please review the following links for the modified Traffic Flow and reach out to the front office with any questions.
