Tickets On-sale Now for Family Glow Dance - January 9
**Purchase Online by January 5**
Join us for our first-ever school-wide glow dance on Friday, January 9, from 6:30-8:30pm! Wear your vibrant neons or bright white to take full advantage of this fun night. Light snacks will be provided, as well as some glowing fun to kick start the evening!
Please note that a parent/guardian must be in attendance with their own student - they may not be brought by another student's parent. In order to keep this event geared for our Archway students, older siblings (6-12) are unable to attend.
Tickets:
$5 Parent - a parent must be present with their own student.
$10 Student - K-5 student ticket
$1 Younger Sibling - 0-4 years old to account for glow stick needs

Registration for Quarter 3/Semester 2 clubs is now open. Registration is first come, first serve, so don't delay! For more information and to register, visit our website. Offerings will include:

We have two complete-at-home service project opportunities for families over Winter Break. Families are encouraged to make Birthday Cards and/or Friendship Bracelets which will be donated to the Foster Alliance. Open Enrollment for New/Current 5th Grade Students Now Available
Open Enrollment is Coming! Great Hearts Open Enrollment for new families will take place from October 20-Deacember 31. This enrollment is primarily for students applying for in Kindergarten in 2026-27 and 5th grade students applying for 6th Grade enrollment at Trivium Prep in 2026-27.
Current K-4th grade students DO NOT participate in Open Enrollment. Re-enrollment for Kinder-4th Grade families will take place in Spring 2026. More information to follow.

School Messenger Communication
Great Hearts and Archway Trivium continue to utilize the system School Messenger for emails, robo-calls, and text messaging to inform families of campus related academy emergencies and other communications. SchoolMessenger has a new automatic opt-in for text feature. During the registration/re-enrollment process families confirmed their wish to participate in text communications. Great Hearts will now automatically opt in contact information given during the registration/re-enrollment process with the options you selected. You will notice at the beginning of July you will be opted in for text messaging. If you would like to opt out of text messages simply reply STOP to the text from 67585. You can also enter the code 67585 with the message STOP to block any text messaging. Please note, if opting out, you will not receive texts regarding emergencies on campus.
