A Note from Headmaster Scott
Dear Archway Trivium Families,
I’d like you to join me in a short thought experiment. To begin, I would like you to picture in your mind (or pull up on an electronic device) the image of a beautiful landscape. You could pick an image from your own memories or a piece of great artwork, perhaps a Bierstadt or a Van Gogh. Now that you have that lovely image in your head, consider the following question. What, within that entire image, would you be willing to put in your mouth? I suspect the answer is “none of it.” That is because literally every inch of that scene is covered with dirt. We are able to look past the dirt because we are so focused on the beauty overall.
Now, I would like you to look at the people in your life the same way. The overall beauty of a human soul is beyond description, yet human beings are covered with imperfections. Lead with the good and see where that takes you! Have a great weekend!
Heartily Devoted,
Clay Scott
Headmaster

Moms (or another cherished adult) can battle their boys in a fast-paced game of laser tag in the gym as well as NERF Wars on the football field. NERF Wars will be separated by grade:
• K-1 grades will storm the field from 11 am to noon.
• 2-3 grades will battle from noon to 1 pm.
• 4-5 grades wrap up the wars from 1 pm to 2 pm.
As always, other games will be available throughout the event and crafts will be in the MPR. Make sure to bring an appetite because we will be serving burgers, hot dogs, chips, and ice cream floats! Laser tag time slots will be assigned at time of check in.

Traffic Flow for Student Drop-off/Pick-up | |
With the expansion of Archway and addition of the new building, there are significant changes to the traffic flow for the upcoming school year. Please carefully review the new Archway Traffic Flow for Student Drop-off and Pick-up and reach out with any questions. Taking the time to understand these procedures will help to ensure the safety of our students/staff and a smooth traffic flow.
Carpooling Update: Our east side pick-up lane has had a faster track and will now be our designated carpool lane.
If you have 2 or more Archway ONLY pick-up cards, you will be guided into this fast-track lane for a faster pick-up. Please be sure to have your pick-up cards ready to show our traffic controllers that you are carpooling so they can guide you to the appropriate lane. To maintain the flow of pick-up, others may be directed to the fast-track lane, but carpools will be given priority. Please do not enter the carpool lanes until you are directed to do so.
As a reminder, if you are picking up Middle School students DO NOT ARRIVE to campus before 3:15 PM. This creates significant delays. If you arrive before 3:15, we will ask you to go back into our pick-up lanes and try again.
Please follow the link below to review the DETAILED Archway Traffic Flow Plan and be sure to share this link with anyone authorized to drop-off/pick-up your children.
