Great Hearts Day of Giving - Thank You!

Thank you to all our Trivium families for participating in Great Hearts Day of Giving. The generosity of our community is the foundation of our school. Archway Trivium raised over $8,000. If you have not had the opportunity to donate to the school, please go online to our website and help us bridge the funding gap and support our teachers.

Great Hearts Day of Giving Campaign

Join us for PSO Popsicles in the Park on Saturday, May 17 from 9-11 AM at Goodyear Community Park (3151 N. Litchfield Road, Goodyear), Ramada 2. Spend time with other Archway Trivium families and help us welcome new families! Popsicles provided! Wear your swim suits and remember your sunscreen, water bottles, towel & park blanket or camp chair.

Archway Trivium yearbooks will be distributed on Friday, May 16. If you did not purchase a yearbook and would still like to, follow the link below. Yearbooks will be sold while supplies last, after which time you will be prompted to join the waitlist.

If you are unsure if you already purchased a 24-25 yearbook, log in to your account and select "My Account" -> "Order History: View Orders You have Placed." Please not, you can no longer order through the yearbook website. You must use the new link above to order a yearbook through Configio.

Our 5th Grade Promotion will be held on Wednesday, May 21 at 5 PM in the Trivium Gym. This is a ticketed event. Please follow the link below for full details and dress code.

5th Grade Promotion Details

Our final Archway Spirit Day is the half day, Thursday, May 22. Students at Archway Trivium are encouraged to wear Spirit Wear on this day.

Archway scholars may wear one of the following shirts: Archway Trivium Spirit Wear, a Class t-shirt, an Archway athletics t-shirt, a Run the Virtues 5K t-shirt, Trivium Prep spirit wear, any previously purchased Archway Trivium West/East spirit wear, or a solid t-shirt of any color. This is optional and a uniform shirt can always be worn. All other uniform components should be worn according to our dress code. Show your school spirit!

If you would like to serve as a Classroom Parent for the 2025-26 school year, please indicate your interest by completing the form below. Classroom parents will be notified in late summer of their assigned classroom.

My Hot Lunchbox is excited for another great year of delivering school lunch!

Online ordering is now available at: ordernow.myhotlunchbox.com/. If you are a first-time customer, visit the My Hot Lunchbox website to create your free account. Families with students at both Archway Trivium and Trivium Prep schools should create only ONE account per family.

Note: Please ensure your scholar's correct grade is indicated to ensure lunch orders are received. Half day Kindergarten does not eat lunch on campus.

The Trivium Lunch Program is entirely managed and distributed by our Parent Service Organization volunteers. This program is open to all students, faculty, and staff at Trivium. Visit our website to learn more.

Volunteer in the Lunch Room

Sign up as a volunteer to help distribute lunches and receive free lunch from My Hot Lunchbox! (Volunteer Clearance through Raptor is required to serve). We will be awarding a $5 a day/per person credit to each school. All credits will be applied at the end of each month. Please email us at psolunch@archwaytrivium.org if you have any questions regarding the credits. Thank you for helping to make the lunch program a success at our school!

Quarter 4 - April/May Lunch Server

Additionally, we ask parents to help serve in the lunchroom to assist our 1st-5th grade classes and keep the lunchroom running smoothly. Younger siblings are welcome to serve alongside parents as a "Lunchroom Buddy." Volunteer clearance through Raptor is required for all lunchroom volunteers.

As a reminder: The front office does not accept food deliveries for students from restaurants/third-party vendors. Students must bring a lunch from home or order through My Hot Lunchbox.

Young Hearts Preschool is a nurturing and enriching educational environment for preschool and pre-kindergarten children, located on the Great Hearts Roosevelt campus in Buckeye. Please be aware that some refunds for purchases made in the Configio/Parent Payment Portal prior to November 1 may not be processed back to the original credit card used. In these instances, you will receive an email with a secure link from Kleercard, prompting you to enter your ACH information for the refund. This is a legitimate process and not a phishing attempt. The link from Kleercard is safe and does not provide anyone at Great Hearts access to your account information. Using Kleercard allows for a quicker and more secure refund process than mailing a paper check through the United States Postal Service. If you prefer to receive your refund via a paper check, please contact your campus office manager.

Volunteers serving on campus must have a current Raptor clearance. Clearance is valid for one school year from July-June and volunteers must reapply each year.

Additionally, new volunteers must complete a school-specific one-time-only Mandatory Volunteer Training.

The Parent Service Organization (PSO) is looking for passionate volunteers to round out their team this coming school year. If you are interested in leading an event, sharing your ideas, participating in a committee, volunteering in any supportive role around campus, or if you'd simply like to get more involved and you're not exactly sure how, contact us to find out more! 

We have a lot of volunteer opportunities for the upcoming school year:

School Messenger Communication

Great Hearts and Archway Trivium continue to utilize the system School Messenger for emails, robo-calls, and text messaging to inform families of campus related academy emergencies and other communications. SchoolMessenger has a new automatic opt-in for text feature. During the registration/re-enrollment process families confirmed their wish to participate in text communications. Great Hearts will now automatically opt in contact information given during the registration/re-enrollment process with the options you selected. You will notice at the beginning of July you will be opted in for text messaging. If you would like to opt out of text messages simply reply STOP to the text from 67585. You can also enter the code 67585 with the message STOP to block any text messaging. Please note, if opting out, you will not receive texts regarding emergencies on campus.

If you know of parents who are not receiving these communications, please ask them to check their junk/promotions email folders, and then email bmcdonald@archwaytrivium.org for assistance.
