The Middle School Minute

Tools for Organization

Multiple teachers, multiple classes, and multiple expectations mean that organization is an essential skill for middle school scholars. Help your scholar to use these tools:

  1. An agenda. Writing down all assignments, due dates, and test dates in one place helps your scholar stay on track.
  2. To-do lists. Help your scholar to list tasks to complete each day, week, month, etc.
  3. Sticky notes. Your scholar can use them to remind them of items with different levels of importance.

Academy Giving

Did you know that you can double or even triple your Community Investment donations to Trivium Prep? Many companies will match their employees’ donations to our school through their Corporate Gift Matching Programs. And it’s an easy way to increase the impact of your donations!

Search our directory to see if your company is listed. If they aren’t listed here, please take the extra step to inquire with your Human Resources department to find out if your company offers a matching gifts program. Please contact Aydin Martin, at [email protected] with any questions.

Thank you so much for your donations and for your matches!

Communication Updates

Latest News image TVP.png

You can find all school-wide communications on our website on the Latest School Updates page.

If you know of parents who are not receiving these communications, please ask them to check their junk/promotions email folders, and then email [email protected] for assistance.

School Messenger Communication

Great Hearts and Trivium Prep continue to utilize the system School Messenger for emails, robo-calls, and text messaging to inform families of campus related academy emergencies and other communications. SchoolMessenger has a new automatic opt-in for text feature. During the registration/re-enrollment process families confirmed their wish to participate in text communications. Great Hearts will now automatically opt in contact information given during the registration/re-enrollment process with the options you selected. You will notice at the beginning of July you will be opted in for text messaging. If you would like to opt out of text messages simply reply STOP to the text from 67585. You can also enter the code 67585 with the message STOP to block any text messaging. Please note, if opting out, you will not receive texts regarding emergencies on campus.
