Toddler Gratitude for Mrs. Williford

The Toddler Community would like to send a special thank you to Mrs.Williford, for her time and donation of expertly cut mat board from her and her husband's business, Framers' Workroom in Jenkintown.

It is exactly what we use to create durable sets of language cards featuring many varied subjects, that capture the children's interests and help to fill their insatiable appetite for vocabulary enrichment, during this time of emerging language development.

She is generously supplying us with an invaluable quantity and it is so exciting to continue to grow our nomenclature materials with her gracious support.

Meet Our Staff

Victoria Stone

Floater/Substitute

Victoria Stone is excited to join The Montessori School as the new Floating Substitute. She has over 13 years of teaching experience and has lived and taught in Tanzania, Qatar, and Zimbabwe, as well as in Vermont, New York, Florida, and Louisiana. Vic is currently working on a Doctor of Education degree, but recently discovered a true passion for Montessori and the way it nurtures independence and curiosity. In this role, she looks forward to supporting students and teachers across all classrooms. When Vic is not at school, you will find her walking her dog with her daughter, Libby, or hanging out with their 4 cats!

Cristina Donnelly

Aftercare/Nap Assistant

Cristina is excited to be a part of the team at The Montessori School. She has a Bachelors in Psychology with a minor in Disability Studies from Shippensburg University in 2019. She previously worked at the Schoolhouse in Flourtown for over five years. She is also an avid Philadelphia sports fan of the Phillies, Sixers and Eagles. In her free time, she enjoys photography, hiking, and building Legos.

Montessori Moment

A quick overview of Grace & Courtesy!

See this 2-minute read about the principles that are the cornerstones of Grace and Courtesy Montessori practices.

Older students are often found helping younger students. In this Elementary classroom, the older student is helping the younger student learn about the room by working together on a scavenger hunt on the first day of school.
