Easter Schedule for Y2Y & EDGE
As we celebrate Easter this Sunday, we will have Y2Y as usual in Room 203 during the 9:30am Service.  EDGE will be cancelled, so everyone can enjoy the holiday with their families.  Have a great Easter!
Extend Radical Hospitality to Visitors This Easter Season
Naturally, we look forward to attending Easter Services with our families, but please keep in mind that all visitors who come to Indian Run are our brothers and sisters in Christ.  Therefore, remember the "Circle of 10":  Greet anyone, member or guest, who comes within ten feet of you.  Make a special effort to greet the people you don't already know within your "Circle of 10".  "Rule of Three":  Please do not talk to other members for the first three minutes after the service.  Talk only to those you don't know or people you know are guests.  It takes guests about three minutes to exit the church after worship and we need to make sure someone has contacted them before they leave.  We can do this!
Thanks,
The Welcome Team
Reminder...Office Closed on Monday, 4/17

Bunny Bash Thank You!
Thank you, Indian Run, for everything you did to make our Bunny Bash as great as it was!!!  Through your support, we were able to grow love in our community by connecting with at least 1000 people.  The number of participants exceeded any of our expectations.  This could have created major difficulties, but your willingness to jump in and help wherever needed enabled us to keep it a positive experience for everyone.
  • 5000 Easter Eggs were hidden and found, with kids wishing we had more.
  • Over 600 ice cream sundaes were served (thanks to those who ran to the store to get more ice cream!)
  • 1000 crafts were made by the kids.
  • Hundreds of pictures were taken with the Easter Bunny.
  • Well over 40 people from the church gave of themselves to help make things happen.
  • And so much more...
Once again, THANK YOU for all you are doing to serve the Lord and grow love in our community!

PRESCHOOL AND KINDERGARTEN
April Theme:  Jesus in #1 - Link for video preview!
Basic Truth:  Jesus wants to be my friend forever.
Key Question:  Who is the best?
Bottom Line:  Jesus is the best!
Memory Verse:  "God loved the world so much that He gave His only Son." John 3:16, GNT
Bible Story Focus:  God sent Jesus to be my friend forever.  Easter * Matthew 26:20-30; 27:45-50; 28:1-7

1ST-6TH GRADES
April Theme:  Goal! - Link for video preview!
On break,
but we invite and encourage parents and their children to read these words together and begin a discussion using this as a guideline.
April Memory Verse:  Don't do anything only to get ahead. Don't do it because you are proud.  Instead, be humble.  Value others more than yourselves. Philippians 2:3 (NIrV)

We're excited to celebrate Easter as we spend time in John 18:12-20:23. We'll start with Jesus' trial and end with celebrating the resurrection. The religious leaders are up in arms because Jesus has claimed to be God. Doesn't matter that it's TRUE; they're still ready to dish out the ultimate punishment. And Jesus chose to give up everything and take that punishment, so that no one else has to.

Bottom Line:  I can put others first because Jesus put me first. It cost Jesus everything to put us first. He gave up His life, so we could be with God forever. As we respond to God and His gift of salvation, we can follow Jesus' example and put others first.
