If you have a positive balance in your myFoodDays account and would like to request a refund on those funds, then you can do so through your account and have the money returned to your credit card or PayPal account. If you do not, the credit will remain on your account, and you can apply it to your lunch orders next school year.
Please follow these steps:
Log in to
and select "Settings" from the menu.
In the Account box, click the "Refund" button to request a refund. There will be another pop-up message, click OK to proceed.
Refund requests are being handled on an individual account basis and can take up to 30 days to complete. The sooner you submit your request, the sooner you will get your refund.
