Dear Husky Families,

Sincere thanks to all of you who joined the Town Hall this week and special thanks to those of you who expressed appreciation and support for the continued diligence of our incredible teachers. If you missed the event and would like to view it, the 40 -minute meeting can be accessed by clicking the button below. As mentioned in the Town Hall, the Task Force is meeting next week and solidifying plans for academics, athletics, and after-school activities for our students after January 4 given the opportunities and restrictions that are in place. We will be able to give you an update on those plans by this time next week, at the latest.
In our continued efforts to gather your insights and understandings, please respond to the survey going out next week. There will be information and a link in the advisory letters, and we truly value your input as we make decisions moving forward. We would really like to hear from all of our parents.

Tonight at 7 pm, we hope you have a chance to see Council for Change from our performing arts students. It’s yet another example of the creativity, grit, and resilience our students continue to display, both on camera and behind the scenes. As Twyla Tharp put it, “sometimes art is the only way to run away without leaving home."

All the best,

David
Head of Schools
Pictured Above: Congratulations to the cast, crew, and faculty members for all their hard work on Council For Change, an original musical delving into and shedding light on some of the most important issues of our time. Performers selected topics, wrote scenes and sang songs that connect with their theme. Tech crew designed the production and the gift packets that were mailed home to those who reserved tickets early.

The last performance will take place tonight, however, reservations are closed for spectators at this time.

Senior Speeches
Sofia Hernandez

"At 1,063 feet above the ground, I felt at peace; I knew that I was meant to be there. Traveling by myself had given me the courage to become more independent, explore new places, and meet new people, and inspired me to take on new challenges."
