Important: We are excited about moving to Blackbaud school management software for the coming year, including “Smart Tuition”. Students, faculty, and parents will have greater access and a smoother experience for all our learning management and enrollment support needs. If you have not logged on yet, please do so that we may keep you fully updated in the year ahead. A welcome letter and tuition statement will be mailed to you from Blackbaud by August 20, 2020. The letter will provide instructions to schedule your payment with Smart Tuition.

Dear Husky Families,

It has been a busy and productive week as we prepare for the start of school on August 27. We continue to adapt the campus for eventual in-person learning, while focusing primarily on providing a rigorous and engaging learning experience in the immediate time ahead. We can’t wait to get started!

To get our students ready for trimester 1, we are assembling materials for each student, based on their courses and grade levels. The best way to facilitate getting these packets to your children is a pick-up on campus next weekend, August 22nd and 23rd. Our plan for the pickup by the flagpole is as follows:

Alphabetical pick up times by the first letter of the last name:
  • Letters A-L pick up on Saturday, August 22, between 10 am - 2 pm
  • Letters M-Z pick up on Sunday, August 23, between 10 am - 2 pm

IMPORTANT: Students and families should remain in their cars. Please wear a mask and follow directions from the members of the administrative team. Material packets will be delivered to you in your car.

In whatever capacity, for whatever purpose, and whichever medium, we look forward to seeing you and your families in the weeks ahead as we kick off an incredible year.

Wishing you health and wellness,

David
