Please join us Friday night in our church parking lot! Please bring chairs to sit on, your own snacks, and join us for a 'drive in" style movie.
Great for the whole family! "Finding Dory" will be shown!

Now going along with 2020... there is good chance of rain/storms on Friday, so we MAY need to reschedule!

An email will be sent and Hope's Facebook page/group will be updated by 2pm or before!

Quick note from Pastor Brian:

Praise God from whom all blessings flow!! I pray that that all of you are healthy and blessed by the Lord. This Sunday we continue our summer Pericope schedule, preaching through the epistle, or Gospel lesson, of the three-year church calendar.

This week, I will be preaching from Matthew 15:10-20. This text looks at what defiles a person in the eyes of the Lord; however, we are reminded of the HOPE we have in Jesus. The scripture readings are, Psalm 133 and 2 Corinthians 6:14-7:1.

Below is information for the coming weekend:

We offer two Sunday Worship services. The times will be as follows:
  • 9am | Traditional Service with Communion
  • 10:30am | Contemporary Service
  • Online Worship Service posted on Sunday morning here: Hope Church | YouTube Channel

As a reminder, temporarily bulletins will not be handed out on Sunday mornings. A "mini-bulletin" has been created: See August 16th's Mini-Bulletin.

We ask that everyone who attends our services play their part in practicing safe social distancing. You can find a full list of our safety guidelines here (COVID19 | SAFETY GUIDELINES).
The following may be repetitive, but in case you missed it in previous weeks...

There is a mandatory "wear a mask in public places" policy in effect in Minneapolis (Executive order 20-81). We are highly recommending that, if possible, you would please wear a mask upon entering and exiting the sanctuary. We are also asking that you wear the mask whenever social distancing (6 ft apart) is not possible. We know this might seem inconvenient, but I believe that this is an opportunity to place the needs of others (potentially at risk congregation members) as more important than ourselves (Philippians 2:3-4).

For the health and safety of all who choose to worship at Hope Church, we ask that if you have any COVID-19 symptoms that you stay at home until you are no longer symptomatic. We also ask that if you have been in close proximity to someone who tests positive for COVID-19, that you take the necessary precautions and refrain from participating in Hope Church activities and our Worship services until you are certain you are not at risk of spreading the virus.

We will have masks available for those who do not have them. We are asking that you would honor the CDC's recommendation of social distancing, but also understanding families will sit next to one another. If you have any questions, please feel free to email or call us.
