STONE TOWER MISSION: To Seek & Save the Lost | |
Dear Church Family,
Happy Friday! I pray this message finds you well and grounded in God's grace.
I’ll be at Lents this Sabbath, but I wanted to share something on my heart in the meantime, especially as we prepare for the Sabbath and seek to make Jesus the center of our homes.
I asked a few pastoral colleagues how they approach intergenerational family worship—a time that reaches both children, who need simple lessons, and adults, who desire spiritual depth. One pastor shared this Spirit-led, Christ-centered rhythm for family worship:
1. Share your highs and lows.
2. Read a Bible verse or story together.
| | |
3. Reflect on how the Word speaks into your highs and lows.
4. Pray over one another’s experiences.
5. Speak a blessing over each person.
Whether your family worship is five minutes or fifty, if your family worship is daily or just once this week, I encourage you to try it.
Invite Jesus in. Let the Holy Spirit guide you. May your homes be little sanctuaries where Christ is lifted up and filled with the Holy Spirit.
See you soon—and Happy Sabbath!
In His grace,
David Kokiong
