Earlier this week our families received an important notice regarding student belongings. Please make note of this information and, as always,
We have developed a plan for families to return chromebooks, textbooks or other materials that belong to the school, and at the same time to retrieve personal items left in student lockers and cubbies. In compliance with current guidelines and for the health and safety of our community, we intend to complete exchanges in an organized way, with no contact.
Kelli, Chris and Melissa will pack up student lockers and cubbies, and label individual bags. We will have bags ready when families arrive to return materials currently at home.
When families come to drop off materials, we will ask that they do so according to a strict schedule. Please plan to arrive as you would for drop off or pick up. Please have all textbooks and materials, including chromebook chargers, in one disposable bag per student, labeled with the student's name and current grade. Please keep chromebooks out of bags.
Do not exit your vehicle.
We will get the bag and chromebook from you through your open window.
Please make sure the person handing materials through the car window is wearing a face covering. We will also wear coverings.
We will take the school materials and equipment from you, and return the pre-packed bag(s) of student belongings to you.
Please plan to come according to the schedule posted here, or please contact Melissa Earls directly to schedule an alternate time. We will do our best to accommodate you, but to arrange the most efficient drop-off/pick-up process.
