Feature: Retrieving Student Belongings and
Returning AHS Materials
Earlier this week our families received an important notice regarding student belongings. Please make note of this information and, as always,
contact Melissa Earls with any questions.

We have developed a plan for families to return chromebooks, textbooks or other materials that belong to the school, and at the same time to retrieve personal items left in student lockers and cubbies. In compliance with current guidelines and for the health and safety of our community, we intend to complete exchanges in an organized way, with no contact.

Kelli, Chris and Melissa will pack up student lockers and cubbies, and label individual bags. We will have bags ready when families arrive to return materials currently at home.

When families come to drop off materials, we will ask that they do so according to a strict schedule. Please plan to arrive as you would for drop off or pick up. Please have all textbooks and materials, including chromebook chargers, in one disposable bag per student, labeled with the student's name and current grade. Please keep chromebooks out of bags.  Do not exit your vehicle.  We will get the bag and chromebook from you through your open window.  Please make sure the person handing materials through the car window is wearing a face covering. We will also wear coverings.

We will take the school materials and equipment from you, and return the pre-packed bag(s) of student belongings to you.

Please plan to come according to the schedule posted here, or please contact Melissa Earls directly to schedule an alternate time. We will do our best to accommodate you, but to arrange the most efficient drop-off/pick-up process.

June 22, 9 - 11: CURRENT PreK, Kindergarten, Grades 1 and 2
June 22, 12 - 2: CURRENT Grades 3, 4, 5
June 23, 9 - 11: CURRENT Middle School
June 23, 12 - 2: By arrangement ONLY

Remember:
1. Come at your appointed time or call Melissa Earls to reschedule.
2. Enter and exit as you would for drop-off/pick-up.
3. Do not leave your vehicle.
4. Hand bag and chromebook, as applicable, to us via open window. Wear a face covering, please!

Thank you for helping to keep our community safe!
June SPARK, Re-Imagined
Although our June SPARK enrichment program will look and feel different this year, we have created a diverse schedule of classes for you to choose from as you explore a new topic or develop a new skill to start off the summer. This June our instructors include teachers, alumni and friends who will guide you through magical worlds, new languages, exciting activities and more!
We are pleased to offer a June SPARK Enrichment series using the Zoom platform. Program and registration information were delivered to your parent email inboxes earlier this month. Registration for all students will close on May 29. Enrollment will be capped at 10 students per session, and all sessions must have at least four participants to run. If sessions are under-enrolled, we will contact families with potential alternatives, or we will cancel the session and refund all fees.

More information can be found on here on our website!

June virtual SPARK tuition is $50 per session per week. Each session meets daily for 1 hour, and there may be some work to complete at home between days.

You may submit payment by mail or by using the PayPal button on our website.
