School Status: 
All schools are scheduled to be open on Monday December 14, 2020 for in-person instruction.
Please note that this could always change based on information received from the Department of Health and/or other sources.  If our status changes, we will send additional information once the decision is made. 
 
We are all in this together:
There have been occasions when parents have not provided accurate information to our health office staff and some have even failed to comply with the mandatory quarantine period. We want to keep the schools open for in-person instruction but we need your help. 
Very Important: If anyone in a household is awaiting COVID test results- all family members must stay out of school until the negative test result is received. 

Morris County In-Home COVID Testing: Morris County now offers in-home COVID testing 

Quarantine:  
The CDC has released new guidance for quarantining during COVID. Upon receiving guidance from our school physician, the Department of Health as well as a local infectious disease expert our district will continue with the 14 day quarantine while the COVID numbers in our area are in the high range as noted by the NJDOH in the COVID Activity Level Report (above). 
 
Travel Restrictions & Quarantine Period-  Updated by NJDOH 12/4/20: 
The NJDOH has revised the travel restrictions and quarantine process.
Travelers should quarantine for a full 7 days after travel, even if the test is negative. If testing is not available (or if the results are delayed), travelers should quarantine for 10 days after travel.   Click here for the full document

Girls Scouts Winter Wonderland @ Home

Winter Wonderland @ Home is a five week virtual series on Wednesdays from 4 - 5 PM.  It is open to girls K - 5th Grade who are not current girl scouts.   Please click here for more information.
Denville PAL Softball Registration

Recreational softball provides a safe outdoor exercise that your daughter can enjoy in the spring of 2021.  Denville PAL has a holiday gift for you:  $25 Spring Softball early registration fee which is normally $100.  Please click here for details.

DOH Winter Holiday and Celebration Guidance During COVID19

 As the weather gets colder and families make plans to celebrate the winter holidays, extra precautions must be taken to mitigate the risk of transmitting COVID-19. Such precautions are especially critical given that New Jersey is experiencing a "second wave" of coronavirus cases throughout the State. Please click here for the NJDOH guidance.
 COVID-19 School Age Tuition Assistance

Families can now apply for child care tuition assistance to help with care for children who have remote learning schedules due to the COVID-19 public health emergency.   Please click here for more information.
