Chamber Gala set for May 20 - registration now open!
Please join us for our annual Gala Awards Dinner as we celebrate and recognize those who have made extraordinary contributions to our region last year. Friday evening, May 20, at the Samoset Resort.

The Chamber is Hiring Seasonal Staff
The Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce is currently hiring for part time seasonal staff for our Information Centers in Camden and Rockland. Duties include greeting visitors and answering questions about local businesses and attractions, answering phone and email inquiries, preparing mailings, and restocking rack cards. Schedule would be 3 or 4 days per week, and includes weekend hours. Leonard Lookner Memorial Roadside Cleanup is today and tomorrow
The annual Leonard Lookner Memorial Camden Roadside Cleanup will take place Friday, April 22 and Saturday, April 23. Volunteers are invited to meet at Hannaford Supermarket parking lot in Camden, at 9 am, both Friday and Saturday, where they will receive safety vests, equipment, and road assignments. Pope Memorial Humane Society Hosts Low-Cost Rabies Vaccination Clinic
Due to popular demand, Pope Memorial Humane Society is pleased to announce a low-cost Rabies Vaccination Clinic on Saturday, April 30th, from 11 am – 1 pm. The clinic will be held at Pope Memorial Humane Society at 25 Buttermilk Lane in Thomaston. Thank you to Dr. Mimi Moore for volunteering her time to administer the rabies vaccinations. Aldermere Farm celebrates Calf Unveiling May 7
Aldermere Farm, a preserve of Maine Coast Heritage Trust (MCHT), will open its doors and barnyard to the public during Calf Unveiling Day on Saturday, May 7th to introduce the newest members of Aldermere’s Belted Galloway herd. From 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. MCHT staff and volunteers will give behind-the-scenes tours of the barnyard at 20 Russell Ave in Rockport.
