The Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce is currently hiring for part time seasonal staff for our Information Centers in Camden and Rockland. Duties include greeting visitors and answering questions about local businesses and attractions, answering phone and email inquiries, preparing mailings, and restocking rack cards. Schedule would be 3 or 4 days per week, and includes weekend hours. Maine Sport Outfitters (MSO) recently announced that its new location at the corner of Main and Park Street in Rockland is slated to open on Saturday May 7, 2022. The Grand Opening Celebration is scheduled to get started at 9AM, featuring a ribbon cutting ceremony, live radio broad cast, numerous giveaways including an Old Town kayak and free hotdogs and drinks from 12 to 1:30 PM.
