Prime Commercial Space available in Downtown Rockland
The Chamber is assisting the Maine Lighthouse Museum in seeking potential tenants to occupy currently under-utilized space on the top (street level) floor at One Park Drive in Rockland. The Museum is seeking to add one or more tenants to its space there, without changing the current footprint of the museum in the building. The Chamber has slightly reduced its back office space to reduce costs. Up to 2,500 square feet of space is potentially available to one or more tenants, and zoning there permits a variety of uses including office, retail, and dining options. Those seeking space smaller than this are also encouraged to inquire, as there is the potential for multiple tenants. Inquiries can be directed to Tom Peaco, Chamber Executive Director, at Tom@CamdenRockland.com .
