We invite you to join us for an In-person, outdoor worship at LAUMC this Sunday at 10:00am, outside the sanctuary. Sunday school is available for your kids. Kids K-5th Grade are invited to Sunday School in the sanctuary courtyard. Visit our Covid guidelines webpage for more info.

Surround The City With Love & Light
Sunday, August 29, 1:00pm - 1:30pm
Join us for a silent, multi-faith prayer gathering to support Rev. Dr. Debra Murray and condemn hate and aggression in our community at First United Methodist Church of Palo Alto (625 Hamilton Avenue). This is a silent gathering; there will be no speeches, and this is not a protest. We ask you to stand and praysocially distance, and wear a mask around the perimeter of our church or in the parking lot. Click here or on the graphic for more information.
Sunday Night Youth
All students, grades 6th–12th, are invited to gather together for 
worship, games, and service on Sunday evenings from 7–8:30. Light dinner provided for $5 per student. Click on the Youth webpage for more information and upcoming events.

LAUMC Is Hiring
LAUMC is seeking part-time nursery workers for children in the outdoor classroom between the ages of 12 months to 3 years. These positions will ensure adherence to our mission of bringing the best and most trusted in childcare services to the families we serve. These individuals need to be passionate about early childhood and dedicated to the success of our next generation.

United Methodist Student Sunday
If you didn't have the opportunity to donate to the United Methodist Student Sunday, here is your chance. UMC makes broad and inclusive offerings ofscholarships to college and university students all over the world. Many LAUMC students have received these scholarships. Many children of families who have far fewer resources than we do, and for whom college is a huge financial stretch, benefit. Please give generously.This is one of the very good things that we do as a connectional church.

Hope's Corner Breakfast
September 1, October 6, & October 13
We are recruiting 7 people to help prepare and hand-out breakfast for our guests at Hope's Corner. Food prep and service will be Wednesday, September 1 and two dates in October, 6th and 13th. You will meet the crew at Hope's Corner on our Mountain View Campus from 7:00-9:00 am. Please contact us via email if you are interested in supporting this important work.
Compassion Week 2021 - Save the Date
